Wound honey: There are advanced healing bandaids you can apply on wound and remove only once a week. If you want daily treatment you can use wound honey to wound bed or neosporin to wound bed with band aids.

when i kneel on my knee or press on it it feels like an open cut or burn but i feel no pain when i run or jump or walk. and it is not bruised.

NMS but: Since you have been waiting for awhile, I would venture to guess that you may have a problem with your knee cap (patellar).

: Yes, this sounds entirely normal. It will take another week or more for the rawness to gradually improve.

Keloids: Depending...Keloids can be surgically removed, injected with cortisone to shrink the size or left alone.  Laser treatments are now addressing keloids as well.

What's the cause?: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.

i have an open wound on my leg without even realizing it. i'm afraid there are parasite, worms, and centipedes entering my body through that open wound. if the wound later heals, is there any risk that it entered my body without me realizing it?

: This never happens. Wounds are covered to help healing and sometimes prevent bacterial infection, but not to reduce entry by parasites.

my dad was bitten by a violin spider on his leg 3 years ago and it formed a big open wound that has finally closed, but now the area around the wound has small blisters of puss and oozes a clear fluid. not sure what to do? i have pictures to show

Physician: You should take him to a physician, it is necessary to inspect the area and maybe take some skin or blood samples, we can not do a proper consult without seeing and touching the area.

: Transmission would require that they had HIV and their blood entered your bloodstream. Call your local public health department and get their advice.

Possibly: It depends on the size of the tear, the type of tear and the location of the tear relative to the blood supply to the meniscus. Your orthopaedic surgeon should be able to give you an idea of the chances of it healing.
