I have an open wound on my leg without even realizing it. i'm afraid there are parasite, worms, and centipedes entering my body through that open wound. if the wound later heals, is there any risk that it entered my body without me realizing it?

This never happens. Wounds are covered to help healing and sometimes prevent bacterial infection, but not to reduce entry by parasites.
