Infection: Sounds like infection. Try warm soaks and topical Bacitracin twice daily for a few days. If it gets worse see physician for oral antibiotics.

You can: Try hydrogen peroxide rinses.  Try to keep it around the extracted tooth area. It should help as emergency treatment. Please see your dentist for future treatments.

Not a spider bite: Did you see and feel the spider attack? Did you take the spider to a genuine expert for identification? If not, you have something else. Your description is not concordant with venomous  spider bite. In fact, USA spider bites are RARE and mostly confined to the southwestern states.  See a better Dr.

No: The goal is to get inflammation (doesn't need to be pus) at the injection site so that the baby's immune system can remember the injected material. The result is a sore (ulcer), then a small scar. If there is pus, the reaction may be too big. One's pediatrician can examine the injection site and nearby lymph node areas to see if the reaction is too big. We don't use the BCG vaccine in the US.

Secondary infection: Go back to the pediatrician and have this looked at immediately. It may be a primary bcg infection (which is rare but can occur), or more likely a secondary bacterial infection which can become very severe in a 3 month old. Go asap and get this seen and attended to.

Sure: You may also want to put a warm compress on it. The latter will probably do more good. Keep the area clean. If you develop fever or serious pain, get seen right away. Go easy on triamcinolone for contact dermatitis -- a little of that stuff goes very far.

Cellulitis: Sounds like you have an abscess which is draining some. See your family doc. The site probably needs opened and flushed. Of course, why do you have a cellulitis in the first place? Diabetes, morbid obesity.   Address the root cause(s).

i shaved 8 days ago. the next day i woke up to reddish bumps that were oozing white pus. i popped all of them. they went away, but for one. i can see 2-3 black hairs inside the hole. why hasn't it healed? is it herpes? it never blistered/leaked clear?

: I think you're speaking of pubic/genital shaving, right? This sounds like folliculitis, i.e. irritation or infection of hair follicles, often triggered by shaving. Genital herpes usually doesn't involve the pubic area, only the genitals directly (e.g. penis, scrotum); and association of some lesions with hairs also is against herpes. It can take a couple weeks for folliculitis to heal completely.
