Lower tooth infectio: Without seeing your teeth or your x-rays, it is impossible to make a definitive diagnosis. That being said, it sounds like you have a periodontal (gum) infection, an infection of the tooth, or both.
Make an appointment to see your dentist and/or a periodontist.

Needs evaluation: The "spot" could be an area where the enamel did not form correctly. Sometimes it is genetic, sometimes it occurs from trauma (baby tooth was hit hard and root tip marred the enamel surface). You cannot do anything personally other than make an appointment with a local dentist to discuss treatment options.

Consult your dentist: If your tooth has died (this is the cause of the discoloring), then it likely needs a root canal to clean out the infection... The color can be remedied by externally bleaching the tooth specifically with professional customized home whitening trays over a period of a few weeks...If the color still persists, a "walking bleach" internal whitening can be performed through the root canal access...

can i remove my deep yellow stained tobacco teeth from just brushing and flossing every day from here on out? or will the deep yellow ones stay yellow. how long if i can?

The : The chances of you removing that intense stain yourself are slim, but i'm certain that you have a better chance by letting a hygienist carefully polish them out.  The bigger issue is what your smoking is doing to your health.  I'm sure you weren't looking for a lecture on this but after the stain is removed try to see a "stop smoking" doc to clear your teeth and lungs at the same time.  Best of luck!

i had my wisdom teeth taken out a week ago and one of the green/yellow scabs is loose and appears to be about to fall off. there was no blood and i don't have pain but it seems soon for the scab to be falling off already. is there reason to worry?

It is normal: The “yellow scab” over a healing extraction site is a normal healing process. This should not be confused with an infection. Nothing to worry. If concerned, always ask your surgeon for more information.

Sinusitis: Most people think "sinusitis" or "sinus cold" just means severe stuffiness, runny nose, etc. But true sinusitis typically causes symptoms exactly like yours, often as cold symptoms begin to improve. Use a nasal spray (like Afrin® or other with oxymatazoline) plus acetaminophen or an NSAID (Motrin, Advil, etc) for pain. See doc if no better in 1-2 days, or immediately if fever or uncontrolled pain.
