i have lipomas on left side of body. one big one in left calf. and one in left rib area. tells me don't worry. but how does he know not liposarcoma?

Get it removed : While it is rare for lipomas to turn into liposarcoma, a large lipoma especially on the arms or legs should be removed completely as those locations have a higher risk. Larger lipomas have a higher risk. Sometimes an MRI before surgery can give clues as to the possibility of finding a sarcoma.

More specific?: How much bigger? What part of the chest? Is this something you had since childhood or is it suddenly new? Some asymmetry can be expected as part of normal growth, but if there is an area of new growth then have it examined by a physician.

See Below: Have you been evaluated by the primary care doctor? Anxiety can be a symptom of many physiological things as well. Get evaluated by your primary care doctor to rule out anything physical going on and take your next steps based on  the results. It's still worth practicing relaxation, finding out triggers and general self-care. Good luck!

i have a constant burning and hollow feeling in my chest over my heart. every so often i get a stabbing or pinching feeling or i get one big beat.?

See below: Possibly acid reflux disease. Does it occur primarily after eating, especially spicy/fatty/ fried foods, caffeine, pop, chocolate? Worse when lying down? How long does it last? Any profuse sweating/nausea/pain in arms or neck? See pcp for evaluation. S/he can do ekg to check heart function as well as order appropriate blood work/other tests. Can also rx meds for reflux if that DX more likely.

Moles: Dark areas on the body that itch and appear red should be evaluated by a dermatologist.  At times moles or seborrheic keratoses may appear dark brown.  A dermatologist can make sure they are not cancerous and can offer treatment options.

the last three days ive had a tight stomach with nausea and tightness on the left side of my chest. it takes a while to get that one big breath back to feel better. no covid exposure. even when i breathe into my chest it hurts. bp normal?

: Monitor temperature and breathe. if you have vomiting,fever or worsening pain, please see the Emergency room. If you are able to wait, a follow up appointment with your physician is recommended. Pneumonia should be ruled out. COVID-19 and flu vaccines are recommended.

Rib: A rib sprain can cause rib tenderness. An xray is a good test to make sure the rib has no fracture, and that there is no lung infection or other cause of pain.

Not true, but...: Perhaps a man originally had one more rib than he does now, but in losing one rib, he now has the same number of ribs as a woman... too many mysteries in life to ponder upon.

Muscle Spasm: Yes this usually is a muscle strain. Can be poor posture, vitamin and mineral deficiency affecting muscle function, lack of exercise, weak muscles, obesity. You could try improving your posture at work, stretching exercises, massage. If nothing works then see a Doctor.
