See below: Possibly acid reflux disease. Does it occur primarily after eating, especially spicy/fatty/ fried foods, caffeine, pop, chocolate? Worse when lying down? How long does it last? Any profuse sweating/nausea/pain in arms or neck? See pcp for evaluation. S/he can do ekg to check heart function as well as order appropriate blood work/other tests. Can also rx meds for reflux if that DX more likely.

Separate problems: The constant burning is typical of acid reflux, peptic ulcer, or non-ulcer dyspepsia, not your heart. Stabbing and pinching tends to be muscular. One big beat is truly your heart but not necessarily abnormal . Everyone feels them occasionally. If frequent & you're troubled by them, you should see your family doctor who may/may not refer you to a cardiologist.
