how do you help an irritated (healed) hypertrophic scar? i have a small one on my hand that is really red, itchy, and sensitive to touch whether it be fabric or skin. i have to wear vinyl gloves every day for work and i think its making it worse?

: Consult a dermatologist who will evaluate the scar. Injections of a corticosteroid may be advised after his/her assessment. In the meantime you could try applying silicone gel according to instructions.

2 day after digital rectal exam for piles, my body became kind of sensitive. both hands are becoming numb frequently, with very little pressure,mainly ring n little finger side of arm. does nerve compression in one area affect whole body?

No: Not likely to be directly related to rectal exam. Your physician should be aware of your new symptoms. Your current symptoms suggest either cervical radiculopathy or carpal tunnel/ ulnar neuropathy among others.

my glands in my neck are swollen and sensitive. specifically the one on my right hand side under my jaw. it is sensitive to touch. it feels like the nerve pain you get with shingles. i have no rash?

How long?: You may feel the nodes every couple of days, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

i have spina bifida but i don't know which one. how do i know.never been looked at but i do have a tail that is very sensitive, approx. thumb size?

See your doctor!: A difference in temperature could result from less blood flow in one arm (ie a blockage in a blood vessel) , or  a difference in the activity of the nerves in one arm that constrict or dilate blood vessels, in order to regulate blood flow and body temperature. In either case, unless it is a chronic condition resulting from some injury, radiation, or surgery, you need to be examined, .

Frostbite does not: typically affect the entire hand unless there has been severe exposure, in that case having only one hand affected would be unusual too those are cases where both hand and both feet are affected from severe prolonged cold.  Frostbite comes in stages, mild is irritated skin, then blisters then dark dark skin which looks dead.  Circulation issues can give "blue" hands see your doctor

Possibly: It sounds like you may have more restricted blood flow in one hand versus the other.  It might be a good idea to see your physician just to make sure everything checks out.

Joint inflammation: The underlying problem when your hands feel stiff/sore is almost always joint inflammation; very rarely infection. The question is: Inflamed due to what? You are a little young for degenerative (wear and tear, aging) arthritis, but it can happen especially if use/have used your hands a lot. More serious are inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. Need medical eval/testing
