Hard to say: It's difficult to say, but if you are concerned, check with your baby's doctor. It is better to have the doctor examine her and let you know if there is any cause for worry (or not), than to lay awake worrying about it on your own!

Head injury: I don't know what teplan is and I assume the other medication was celebrex, an anti-inflammatory medication. If one pupil has become enlarged or if you have severe headache,nausea, confused feelings,visual disturbance, dizziness, you should be examined in the emergency room where a head CT scan can be promptly done to check for intracranial bleeding and brain injury.

Bigger eye: This can occur as an illusion due to asymmetric eyelid position, i.e. If the upper eyelid of one eye is slightly droopier then that eye will appear smaller. However, this can also occur if one eye is protruding more than the other (proptosis). This can arise from medical conditions, inflammation in the orbit, and even orbital tumors. To be safe, have your eyes evaluated by an eye md.

Eyes: There are medical and non medical causes for the eye to appear to bulge. If it has always been this way then, like most people, you may have some facial asymmetry. If it's new or changing you could have hyperthyroidism, infection or other swelling behind the eye and it should be checked immediately. It is extremely urgent if it is painful or your vision has changed.

Depends: Hi. Most cases are benign and do not signify a medical problem. Have you had any head trauma or headaches? There may be be serious medical problems involving the brain, nerves, or blood vessels causing it, however. But to reemphasize, most cases are not a problem of any kind. Very unlikely: It's very unlikely that your eye is being pushed out by an orbital tumor because of normal vision &amp; absence of double vision. Some individuals have slight asymmetrical appearance of their eyelids that often makes one eye appear different "sized" than the other. The best way to be completely b sure that your eyes are healthy &amp; that there is no cause for concern is to have a comprehensive eye exam.

Eye problem: That could be dropped upper  eyelid ( ptosis), it can be congenital or can develop later in life due to weakness of the muscles of eyelids, or 7th nerve palsy,  so you need to see your doctor or ophthalmologist.  Good luck

See your  doctor: Look at photos that were a year ago, and compare them. If your eyes were the same size then, and now they've change sizes, then you need to see your pcp, and eye doctor for evaluation. Your pcp can do a physical exam, and make sure that your thyroid is normal, and may need to order a thyroid panel. If your eyes haven't changed, and you just noticed it now, that may be less worrisome. Good catch!
