What does it mean when a pupil in one eye is bigger than the other pupil in the other eye ?

Depends: Hi. Most cases are benign and do not signify a medical problem. Have you had any head trauma or headaches? There may be be serious medical problems involving the brain, nerves, or blood vessels causing it, however. But to reemphasize, most cases are not a problem of any kind. See an ophthalmologist if you are concerned. Good luck!
