Very unlikely: It's very unlikely that your eye is being pushed out by an orbital tumor because of normal vision & absence of double vision. Some individuals have slight asymmetrical appearance of their eyelids that often makes one eye appear different "sized" than the other. The best way to be completely b sure that your eyes are healthy & that there is no cause for concern is to have a comprehensive eye exam.
