Omnicef (cefdinir): This oral cephalosporin antibiotic can be used to treat UTI depending upon the causative organism and its sensitivities. For uncomplicated cystitis a week should be an adequate duration of therapy.

Kidney or bowel: Kidney infection that had not resolved or a kidney stone  might cause that pain. Anything in the abdomen including  colitis due to the antibiotics are possible.Many other problems might cause this pain appointment to  see md is important to diagnose these symptoms.

Uti's: Recurrent uti can occur after vaginal intercourse,taking baths instead of showers,wearing very tight jeans,or from structural anatomic abnormalities of the urinary tract. A Urologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you. If bronchitis is not improving a course of appropriate antibiotics should help.

ER: Need to follow up the urine cultures that were hopefully done when you were diagnosed with UTI. Good chance you are either on wrong drug , have a urethritis and not a UTI, or something else.

Depends: If it is a simple bladder infection you would expect some response within 48-72 hrs. This abx is a bit slower to be effective than some. If it is an infection within the kidneys it may take longer. Any deterioration in symptoms would require a re-evaluation.

Depends upon...: Cefdinir provides broader coverage than Cefuroxime and does have advantageous edge against bacteria often involved in uti.  However, selection of antibiotics depends upon specific bug (bacterium) isolated from urine culture and it's sensitivity to a panel of antibiotics.

: Contrary to common beliefs, alcohol does not significantly interfere with any antibiotics. Don't get tanked, but moderate alcohol intake is not likely to affect cefdinir or resolution of your UTI.

im on cefdinir while having a uti, i didn't have inter course but i did have oral sex. i feel like throwing up, is this normal?

Could be: Any medicine can cause issues like nausea. Cod be dueto themed, especially if u have never taken the med before.
