No Evidence Any: Multivitamins are a big business with lots of marketing to sell low cost to produce products. Vitamins widely available in most foods of natural origin (reason we have not maintained all genes/proteins to make) &amp; most discovered in unusual situations in which large numbers of people on very restricted foods for long periods. No evidence of any health benefit for people eating a variety of foods.

Can take both: You can take a multivitamin with omeprazole and domperidone. Omeprazole can decrease absorption of certain vitamins/minerals such as B-12 and iron. A multivitamin can help counteract those vitamin/mineral losses. A probiotic is different than a multivitamin. It helps to populate the healthy bacteria in your gut, which can help prevent constipation, diarrhea, and other illnesses.

No: Glycopyrrolate will slow down gastric emptying  time, cause constipation, and is likely to slow down peristalsis in the esophagus, all of which would worsen the condition you already have.

is prokinetic+ppi combination (omeprazole+domperidone) prescribed for increasing appetite by emptying stomach faster in clinical practice? i don't have reflux or gastritis.however i have been prescribed this after complaining about loss of appetite?

Nope: Your neither your GERD or it's treatment should be causing the symptoms you describe! Get your BLOOD COUNT checked,.....you could be anemic from the minute but steady blood loss that can occur with GERD!

If it turns out you are IRON DEFICIENT this may be connected with lower esophageal pathology!

Many causes: There's so many causes for fatigue. If this is really troubling you get a check up. B12 deficiency, among other causes are really easy to check. It's unlikely B12 def it's the cause but again anything possible. Stress, other causes of anemia and thyroid are among some things to look into.
