No Limit: I don't think there is an age limit.  You may be required to have a phyicical exam with your doctor if you have serious medical conditions otherwise there is no age limit.  Little children would most likely not be good candidates.

Size: Weight watcher points are based upon size(current weight)and goals, not so much age.

It should: If you follow the plan, attend the meetings, it should work. An average weight loss might be a pound a week, so be patient and don't be discouraged.  Try to eat the power foods they suggest like vegetables, it will help you feel full and satisfy your hunger.

The : The changes in your bowel habits are likely a direct result of your dietary changes. Bloating is common when large amounts of fiber are consumed (fresh fruits and vegetables). As good as they are for you, you may need to slowly increase your intake. In addition eating raw vegetables can be difficult to digest thus causing bowel changes. 
If it makes you feel comfortable, see your doctor, however this is likely an issue with your diet.

Weight : Weight loss is such a frustrating thing.  Our bodies evolved to hold onto weight, and it can be very difficult once a plateau is reached.  I have to say, that losing 30 pounds is amazing, so congratulations.  You are doing everything right.  You might need to "jump start" your weight loss by a change in exercise program.  You may want to consult a personal trainer, or ask a staff member at your gym for more variety in your routine.   Again, congratulations on losing 30 pounds, that is fantastic.

It's : It's not going to hurt you, but you are going to be sore to start. The worst thing about starting a new exercise program is going too fast, getting hurt and then having to quit. Try doing exercises that push you like the elliptical or fast walking to some good tunes but be careful about weight training and jogging- things likely to injure a muscle or joint. But good for you being so motivated!

Weight watchers: All diets are successful if you follow them.  Weight watchers works well for many.  I recommend using the app Cronometer to set goals and track calories etc.

Save your money and use Cronometer to get Vit D up by foods.

See below: The old system was based on a calculation based on calories, fat, and fiber content. The new pointsplus system is based on protein, carbohydrates, fat and fiber.
