Possible small tear: of the Achilles tendon. Requires photo documentation and/or direct observation. If the is a discoloration surround an old Achilles scar, then tendon may be retorn.

Sounds : Sounds like you tend to get hypertrophic scars or keloids.  This particular scar, though, may have developed a cyst or boil in the same general area?  Perhaps you need an antibiotic? I would recommend you consider seeing a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment and to rule out other possibilities.  I hope that helps.

Sinus tracts ; scars: Piercings usually develop sinus tracts and if you also have significant scarring then these may contribute to your developing wounds on your lips. See a local plastic surgeon so that she/he can best advise you regarding further management.

How much &amp; how long?: Whether to worry about it depends on different factors. When was your surgery? How much are you bleeding? How long after the surgery did it start, &amp; how many days has it been bleeding? Any other signs like fever, bruising, etc.? Pruritis: Many things cause itchy skin, including simple dryness. Try using a mild body lotion to decrease the itching sensation. Your night time scratching can be decreased by placing soft cotton socks over your hands when go to bed.

If you had shingles: then you may get reactivation of that virus again any time your immune system is weaker from another infection or other health reasons.  If the scars from the viral infection bleed, though, you may have some other issue such as a bacterial suprainfection.  Go see a healthcare provider for proper examination and diagnosis/ treatment. Yes: You can use tampons for your swim class. Please speak with your doctor regarding your prolonged bleeding. Maybe a different hormone combination may work better for you. Bleeding for 2 months i snot fun and definitely not good quality of life. Take care and do have a chat with your physician.

Recurrence?: If your surgery was with in a year or so, make sure it is not recurrence.Go back to your operating surgeon for a check up.

See your doctor: Rashes like you described are difficult to assess without actually seeing it in person. I would recommend seeing your physician for a better diagnosis.
