Not likely: There are many causes of hyperpigmentation for systemic disease to sun damage.  Treatment for the hyperpigmentation depends upon its cause.  I am not aware of any controlled studies showing th benefit from coconut oil on hyperpigmentation.

i'm using this tumeric soap that has done a great job on my body discoloration. the only thing is, it has castor oil in it. i heard castor oil is not safe. just found out i'm pregnant and i was wondering is it ok to continue using the soap?

Baby my soap: Check with your local team as they will know what is safe where you live. Do not use ANY OTC supplements etc.

There is no reason: to think that there will be any adverse interaction between your medications and your supplements as listed. Potentially the fish oil could interfere with absorption of the Lisinopril so you might want to separate them by a few hours. No reason to stop them other than expense. No scientific evidence to recommend continuing them either.

NotFish; 2Omega3Fats: Evidence is mostly 1 (epa), possibly a 2nd (dha), omega 3 fatty acid from phytoplankton; harvested from fish (easier/↓$), along with whatever else. About 1, 000 mg/day of quality epa tends to lower LDL particle concentrations ; in trials of many years, have ↓ed death rates ~12-15%. Far better than multivit (vitamins plentiful in most real foods) is eating real, not processed, foods: hflc, not lfhc.

Krill - fish oil: this area is very controversial. Don't believe Anyone who tells you "they know" what is the correct dose and/or type of krill/fish oil to take. At this point ther is no official recomendation.

No: If omega-3's are the goal - then consider that fish obtain their omega-3's from algae which is stored in their fat cells = fish oil ... But consider all of the potential toxins in fish/krill. Research omega-3's sourced from algae and avoid both toxic fish by products. Why not go to the source? It just makes sense.
