wondering  what is medium chain triglyceride oil ( coconut and palm sourced ). any concern , dosage limit or review on  this ingredient please. thanks?

Usually safe: Although medium chain triglycerides are likely safe for most people, they may trigger certain side effects (such as nausea, stomach upset, gas, diarrhea, and vomiting). Also, regular intake of medium chain triglycerides may lead to the buildup of ketones (compounds produced when the body burns fat for energy) that can be harmful to people with diabetes and liver disease.

i was just curious does oils such as olive oil coconut oil almond oil etc clog pores? are they noncomdegenic? also are they good for acne?

No: Oils have a heavy base and clog pores. Putting any kind of oils on you acne prone body parts is not a good idea.

what can i do for a dry nose? have tried polysporian,saline,olive oil, coconut oil and vaseline. nothing helps. it cracks open then i get mrsa.

Humidify the air: So sorry to hear you've tried so many things that haven't worked.  Assuming you're not using nasal steroids for allergies or medications that dry your nose (antihistamines, etc,  but there are many others), humidifying the air in your environment with a humidifier or vaporizer is probably the only thing that might help.

vitamin d supplements were recommended for my baby - what is the best carrier? different brands use olive oil, coconut oil, or mct oil? is one more tolerated by a baby? are there any studies on giving them that?

: D is a fat soluble vitamin, meaning it dissolves best in a fat &amp; not in water. Any of the fatty oils mentioned are reasonable carriers for this supplement. I am not aware that one performs better than any other. All have been used as  nutritional supplements by themselves.

: Use if you wish. You might apply some to another skin surface to see if you have an allergic response/contact dermatitis with either. If no reaction in a day it would be tolerated by more sensitive/absorptive surfaces like the anus.
