What can i do for a dry nose? have tried polysporian,saline,olive oil, coconut oil and vaseline. nothing helps. it cracks open then i get mrsa.

Humidify the air: So sorry to hear you've tried so many things that haven't worked. Assuming you're not using nasal steroids for allergies or medications that dry your nose (antihistamines, etc, but there are many others), humidifying the air in your environment with a humidifier or vaporizer is probably the only thing that might help.
