There's more to this: You've left out crucial information. You have "all 3 signs" of NPH. But do you have NPH? Diagnosis of NPH is supported by MRI, nuclear cisternography, &amp;/or large-volume LP. I infer that your neurologist did these tests but they were negative for NPH. Why else would (s)he refer you to OHSU? Without a clear diagnosis, it's hard to say if delay will hurt you. Make sure your NEUROLOGIST is aware.

A person with only type 1, and hasn't caught type 2, can catch her first case of type 2 anywhere on her body, but most commonly in the genital area. Also, a person with only type 2 can catch her first case of type 1 anywhere on her body. The location depends on where the virus enters her.

Fit, vision and comfort are individualized and each type of lens may be ideal for some, not so good for others.  The same goes for acuvue oasys.

Perhaps: I believe you are speaking about obsessive-compulsive disorder which is often part of an eating disorder where guilt about eating leads to serious weight loss; known as anorexia involving avoidance of food.

Good/Bad in the eye: of the beholder. Astigmatism simply means the focusing of the eye is not equal all angles around the central line of sight; more curvature one way than 90 degrees around. The +1.25 &amp; +1.75 values in the ophthalmologist's Rx for correction is the astigmatism correction in diopters (1 = the curvature needed to focus parallel light rays to a point 1 meter away). Values &gt;3-4 diopters=fairly high.
