This : This appears to be from a MRI report.  It is best to discuss the findings with the treating physician, who has had a chance to take a full history and examine you.

These findings sound unremarkable in isolation.  The comment on fluid is usually looking for inflammation in the bursae.  If there is no significant signal of increased fluid, it is unremarkable.  The edema in the infraspinatus muscle may be some fluid signal with no clinical significance.  Most people with rotator cuff problems have tearing of the supraspinatus muscle first, with extension into the infraspinatus only for larger tears.  The "edema" may also be normal for your age.  Of note, most rotator cuff tears are degenerative and not related to a specific injury, again depending on your age.

Again, clinical correlation is always best and you should go over the study with your physician.

You can't.: The bursa in the shoulder is a potential space between the acromion (bone on top of the shoulder) and the rotator cuff.  If you have a bursitis, you can treat it with an occasional steroid injection.  If the pain persists you may need to have a surgery to take out the bursa.  Get an evaluation with a shoulder specialist.

Bursa's: are tiny fluid filled "sacks" which lie between a tendon and it's insertion to reduce friction of the tendon as it does its job....in the spine these lie at the insertion(s) of the PARASPINAL muscles on either side of the bony spine!

No definite cure: Most lymphedema does not have cure. Supportive therapy with compression stockings or use of compression pump at night are some measures. Lymphedema can be congenital and primary vs secondary acquiring it from trauma, infection, or radiation therapy.Some congenital lymphedema presents in preadolescents and adolescents due to hypoplastic lymphatics. More severe edema aplastic lymphatics.

Normal: The bursa of your shoulder is a normal structure.  It lubricates the tendon between the bone (acromion).  Assuming have bursitis.  This can be treated with proper shoulder girdle strengthening, rest, nsaids, occasional injection, etc.  If pain not improved after course of this for 4-6 weeks then may need to seek a shoulder specialist.

NOt really: since it isn't so much a sac as a space surrounded by many muscles, the internal sides of which form the "bursa".  If you removed them all you would have no motion in the shoulder!  
There are effective injections for "bursitis" in the shoulder, notably prolotherapy and (if needed) steroids.

Edema of Quinke: Means he is having a severe allergy to something. Most likely an ACE inhibitor if taking one. Name may end in ...pril. Especially if coughing.
