OCD/Paranoid: Ocd is an anxiety disorder characterized by unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead to repetitive behaviors (compulsions). Paranoid personality disorder involves a chronic, pervasive pattern of behaviors including distrust and suspicion, belief they are being deceived or exploited by others, emotionally guarded, angry, looking for hidden meanings or slights in conversations.

i have even diagnosied with: ocd, depression, anxiety, and paranoia. what's the best kind of medicine to take care of these things?

Rx should be by Dx: The provider who made those diagnoses should be the one who prescribes or refers you to one who can. This is not your responsibility. You are correct in wanting to know as much as you can about what they prescribe - but 1st let them make the recommendation(s). I recommend psychotherapy to go w/ whatever it is. You can learn how to manage these things to be an asset to your team.

Psychotic: Paranoia may make you distort reality in a delusional (fixed false belief) or psychotic kind of way. Depression may or may not be psychotic depending on severity and type of accompanying symptoms.  Some depressed people, for instance, may think they're already dead. Obviously this is a delusion since they're alive telling you they feel this way. Anxiety/ocd can be severe but not usually psychotic.

i have ocd and it causes paranoia under several circumstances. hearing loss, bone growth, death, i am extremely over paranoid. what can i do to make myself less paranoid?

Get help in person: It sounds like you are very uncomfortable about many things. This can really eat away at your energy. I hope you'll consider seeing a psychiatrist and possibly also a therapist about these things.  There are medications that can help the OCD and the paranoia, which can be so frightening. Therapy can help you with the anxiety and compulsive thinking. The 2 together could bring you through. Be well!

Possibly: You may have a form of anxiety.  I suggest you contact a mental health professional to determine if this is something that needs to be addressed.  There is literature that indicates the mood state of the mother impacts the fetus.

With paranoid delusions, people have fixed beliefs that they believe are actually true in the real world--even though they are false.

Very different: Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and often disabling brain disorder with psychotic symptoms like hallucinations, delusions, and thought disorder.  Depending on treatment, people may or may not be able to hold jobs or relate well to others.  Ocd is an anxiety disorder, and is not psychotic.  It's characterized by obsessive thoughts and compulsive, ritualized behaviors.  Both can be treated.

Counseling: this is a delusion: a fixed false idea or conviction. Certainly time for CBT or RET psychotherapy by a trained therapist.
