Eat late- raise wt: Research suggests it's not sleeping after eating but eating late that causes weight gain- those who eat late ; stay up for several hours after gain more weight. I don't advise sleeping immediately after eating- stay sitting or standing at least an hour to avoid reflux. To actually lose body fat and inches, you need to focus on long term calorie reduction and increased exercise (calorie expenditure) You could increase your exercise level this week especially light cardio, and focus on less fatty foods, fewer carbs or sugar rich foods and safely lose 2-3 pounds.
