please tell me how long it takes for to cure a yeast infection with the candida diet?

Years: If you have a real yeast infection, diet won't help (unless, maybe, you are diabetic and loose a bunch of weight). Candida diets went out with the yeast connection years ago. Don't waste your time. You probably don't have it anyway, if it doesn't involve your private parts and you are otherwise healthy.

if u are unsure if u have candida or reg yeast, should u go on candida diet to be safe if taking monistat n cannot see doc due to no healthcare?  plz!

Candida: Candida is a form of yeast and Monistat should help. If it does not, then other candida species that do not respond to Monistat may be involved. At this point, you may want to get a doctor involved. I would think that your local health department should be able to direct you in getting health insurance coverage.

Candida: Candida is a  form of yeast - if Monistat is not helping, you may want to see a gynecologist for prescription medication and to do more detailed testing.

No: It is not advised to eat corn or corn products while on this particular diet (gluten/grains). Best of luck to you!

Yeast infection: You do not say whether you have used anti-fungals in your treatment, either topically or orally. That is the best way to treat Candida vulvovaginitis. Iron is highly unlikely to have anything to do with this. If you persist despite this you may be being reinfected by your sexual partner and they could be treated as well. If still an issue make sure your immune system is intact. Good luck.

Fermentation: It certainly can. Consider that yeast is used to make bread (which rises up from the gas bubbles produced)... and of course beer which has all those bubbles! So if you're consuming yeast - I would expect 'gas' to form in your GI tract and created the bloated symptoms you're feeling. Why not take a break from the yeast and see if it goes away?

: If you wish to. It is best to stay on a normal diet and avoid supplements in general specially when breast feeding

Don't struggle.: You should talk with your doctor to see if they believe you are deficient in chromium and zinc.
