Complicated: I checked a database that includes many brands of skinless chicken breast and lean pork loin - they're very close: for identical portions, the calories are identical (140 grams of meat=240 calories each; for pork vs chicken: total fat: 8.6 g vs 6.3 g but for monounsaturated (good fat)-3.7 g vs 2.2. For cholesterol: 100 vs 119. So, overall, they're about the same. (they both get a "b" rating).

Too many calories: If you are not losing weight, then you are still eating enough to satisfy the body's energy needs. Every person's metabolism is unique. Keep cutting back on portion sizes and eating frequency and eventually the body will be forced to burn fat to survive. There are no shortcuts. This is the only way to lose weight and it always works. It may seem like you're not eating much, but scale doesn't lie.

Yes: It is okay to give pureed chicken or turkey so long as your baby is able to sit holding his head up well, and has already tolerated mushier foods. Usual first foods are baby cereal, veggies, and fruits. To make sure you know whether your baby has a reaction to a new food, always start only one new food at a time. Wait at least 3 days before starting the next new food.

Yes: None of these foods is essential since there are many other alternatives.  However since fish and fowls are so immunologically different, just make sure that the diagnosed is based solely on a skin test or blood test.  For some reasons, many so -called holistic doctors often order igg instead of ige to foods to diagnose allergy. When in fact, igg may well  be the antibody which counters allergy.

Plenty: Yes, turkey and chicken provide roughly the same amount of protein as beef. One can also get plenty of protein from seafood, eggs, dairy, beans, nuts and seeds as well. There is no nutritional need to get protein from red meat.
