Whole food vitamin : I like whole food vitamins that give you the equivalent of several servings of fruits and veggies. Good healthy foods should be presented with no ability to "place order"  ( unless allergies ).  Limit drinks as kids can fill up on milk and juice and not experience hunger. Make a healthy smoothie at home if needed. Find high calorie nutrient dense foods so do not need large quantity to be consumed.

Elderly nutrition: Because of loss of intrinsic factor and hcl in the stomach, many older people have trouble absorbing vitamin b12.  Also vitamin d can frequently be deficient (that's true in younger people also!)   more generally, many older people may not be getting enough fiber and water in their diets -- leading to chronic constipation.

Healthy: At one year of age, your child should be eating veggies, fruits, whole grains,  and lean protein - just like all of us.  You must be careful that she isn't fed anything that could choke her.

Not enough calories: If you drop caloric intake too drastically - you will actually eat up a lot of muscle and drop your metabolic rate. This is NOT a healthy way to lose weight. Consider working with a nutritionist so that you can do this in a healthy way. Take care.

Not particularly: I would consider it a sign the pregnancy was lost due to poor blood production or supply in the infant. Babies are pink if their blood production keeps up with their growth/need. If it falls behind or some is lost (trapped in the placenta, bleed from placenta, etc. ) the fetus will expire and be pale at delivery. A placenta is designed to steal proper nutrients from mom when her nutrition is poor.

Valproic &amp; Fertility: There is not great evidence whether it is epilepsy itself or to antiseizure drug treatment that may lead to lower fertility.  Valproate has been linked to an increased risk of polycystic ovary disease, a leading cause of infertility in woman.  Most important thing is contraception/family planning  while on and working with a neurologist for med management when deciding to have children.

Normal no problem.: Onset of tooth eruption is variable but usually symmetrical, first eruption; lower central incisors  usually between 6 to 10 mths. Need for dental assessment;  if no eruption after age 16 months, eruption is asymmetric , other abnormalities suggesting an associated medical syndrome. Lack of space in the jaw and a familial tendency may also cause delayed eruption.
