By your description it is the trigeminal nerve affected, that enervates that area of your face. I suggest you see a neurologyst for further testing and proper diagnosis.

Need neurology eval: This is something you should have evaluated asap. The evaluation must include neuro-imaging with a ct scan (at least), preferably an mri, and likely EMG / nerve conduction velocity testing.
