Neurologist: Tingling and true numbness in that region may be due to a problem in the lower end of the spinal cord. Multiple sclerosis, disk trouble and growths come to mind. The best specialist to evaluate, advise and follow you would be a neurologist who will discuss the MRI findings with you.

Not typically : This is more related to a compression of the thecal sac or lower end of the spinal cord which for most people ends around L1 level.  Sometimes there is both a cervical issue and a lumbar problem as well.

No: A cluster of more serious symptoms that would warrant a trip to the Emergency Department would include:  Localized sharp lower back pain, bladder or bowel incontinence, sharp/stabbing pains in your lower extremities, or weakness in your legs or feet.  The issues you are having should be addressed with a physician in the office who can perform a more detailed neurological exam.  Best of luck!

Numb lip: There are multiple possibilities for the symptoms. Should discuss with the drs. Who know you and your status. It may be quite minor but with the saddle embolus history, caution is a good idea.

the last 2 months i have been  for 3h per day.  the saddle of bike was too high and i felt pain. now it's 15 days that my clitoris is completly numb and i feel absoloutly nothing. is it permanent or goes away?

May take a while: Warm soaks, and time may help, the nerves may take a month or more to heal.

Not likely linked: The lip symptom is not very likely to be linked to the rest of the clotting illness.

Lip: Tingling in the lips is more likely to be due to co2 being low from overventilation rather than low oxygen. There are other possibilities also.......

Warfarin: Warfarin is a good medicine, but can be really annoying as you well know. Cold feeling and even numbness have been reported as possible side effects to the drug. Discuss this with your Dr. as there are some newer medications on the market that may be of benefit to you, and do not require Blood monitoring or avoidance of specific Vit K containing foods, etc.  Good luck.

Many: Have you had any surgeries?  It may be related to nerve transection if surgeries in the vicinity were performed.
