i have complete numbness in pointer, index and tip of thumb on right hand for over a month. nothing relieves it. please help. thank you.

Nerve compression: Your symptoms could be related to nerve compression in the neck, shoulder or elbow.    An evaluation of your range of motion, skeletal structure and symptom pattern is in order to best determine the treatment for symptom relief.  It would also be a good idea to review any repetitive activities that you have been performing with your right arm.

what can make tip of thumb feel like its been burnt, almost a numb feeling?

Digital nerve: Perhaps the digital nerve on the side of the thumb has been injured, and very trivial activity can affect this.  The symptoms could be associated with very early carpal tunnel syndrome.  If the arm and neck hurt, may represent a primary neck radicular pain.  If digital nerve, should resolve fully in about 3-4 weeks.  If involves more digits, see your doctor.

cut tip of thumb tip is numb but nailbed down is throbbing. nerve? didn't see doc cuz i was able to stop bleeding after 2hrs n nothing to stitch

Throbbing: Not good. Still can visit a medical doctor even if not bleeding.

Call Hand Specialist: It sounds like you should see a physician immediately. It sounds like you had a significant hyperextension injury to your thumb and you may have torn some of the ligaments that support your thumb because of the amount of swelling and redness. A doctor needs to check the blood flow to your thumb and assess any possible nerve damage,and any possible fracture/dislocation. ER if high energy injury.

took small chuck out of corner tip of thumb earlier today a lot of bleeding but got it to stop now area looks like raw red what to do to heal asap

Laceration: Keep it clean and open to the air and it will heal itself

Hand pain: You may have tendonitis, or inflammation of the tendons of the thumb.  Perhaps you have a nerve inflammation of the thumb as well.  If it hasn't resolved with NSAIDS for 5-7 days, see your doctor.

Resting: Rest, ice pack and anti-inflammatory. May be you need an X Ray to rule out any fracture.

Possibly: This may be related to a nerve compression syndrome, but TIA or atypical angina need to be considered.  See your doc to get it checked out.
