I'm concerned: In general there is usually no numbness with a biceps strain although there is close anatomical proximity.  If it started at the same time as the biceps injury you may have injured a peripheral nerve but that would be uncommon.  I would bring this to your doctors attention as it may be a problem that needs work up, like an emg.  Hope this helps.

MRI can miss masses: In my experience, the most common soft tissue mass missed on MRI is a lipoma, a benign tumor made up of cells containing fat, which look very like the surrounding fat surrounding on MRI. The thin capsule may not be visible.

Numbness may be due to pressure on nerve. Other tumors such as schwannoma are less often not easily seen on MRI.

A surgeon is often the best person to evaluate these lesions

Nerve injury: This sounds like a nerve injury possibly a nerve root at the spine in the neck.  More specifics of the numbness as well as any pain or weakness would be helpful information.  See a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist to diagnose and possibly treat.

Evaluation: The head pressure and spasms could be from a pinched nerve in your neck or spasming in the muscles of the neck.  The numbness in the face is a little more concerning though.  Is it just on one side?  Is it just your lips?  Is the numbness constant or getting worse?  Regardless, I would recommend seeing your doctor or an urgent care for evaluation now.

Nerve irritation: Could be a pinched nerve in your neck at C5 or C6. If it bothers you enough or certainly if you develop any weakness in the arm, I would see a doctor and you would likely start with neck xrays.  The other possibility would be a rotator cuff muscle issue in your shoulder.

Is it going to stop?- They always do at some point
How can I make it go away?- Well, sometimes you can and sometimes you can't
Should I go to the ER? No, but if it's still there another day and it's bothering you set up an appointment to see your doctor.  Some blood work, a quick physical exam and he may be able to give something to slow it down.

Numbness : Numbness is a symptom just like a noise in your car is a symptom. Ask yourself questions about the numbness. Is it everywhere or in specific areas? What makes it worse? What makes it better? Is it related to time of day, night? Did it come on suddenly or gradually? Is it staying the same or getting more numb? Is there any numbness in your feet? What is your age? Do you have diabetes? Are you on any medication, supplements, prescription or over the counter?
   These are the questions your doctor will ask you. Knowing these answers will be a big help in deciding the next course of action for you.

Could be C7 nerve: Tricep pain and pain in the index/middle fingers follow the C7 nerve and the EMG may have been performed too early to detect the problem.  You should still have your dr. Get an MRI and look for C7 nerve root problems.  If the MRI is negative but the pain persists, you may need a myelogram with post-myelogram ct of the cervical spine to look for abnormalities.  A neurosurgeon should be able to help.
