I'm concerned: In general there is usually no numbness with a biceps strain although there is close anatomical proximity. If it started at the same time as the biceps injury you may have injured a peripheral nerve but that would be uncommon. I would bring this to your doctors attention as it may be a problem that needs work up, like an emg. Hope this helps.
