good day, i was in an accident 2018/11/08 everything was fine until sunday where i started getting pains in my chest,numb in my arm and face all on the left side. these pains come and go and its worrying me as it affects my day to day. ?

Pain: The most likely answer is that you bruised your neck causing some inflammatory reaction around a cervical nerve which responded by radiating pain into your arm and face. Try an  NSAID. If no improvement see your doctor. Good Luck

Alot of bad stuff: Not here to judge but to put it simply alot of medically bad stuff can happen with IV drug use. For example, you, can get bacteria in your blood and on your heart valves ( endocarditis). The list is long with many serious problems. Go get checked out by a doctor asap.

had c4,5,6 laminectomy 2011 for severe central stenosis. 8 weeks constant pain, numb in shoulder/arm-3 level acdf proposed. alternative? complications

Need more info: Where is your pain? If it is neck pain, ACDF is a viable option. If it is pain in the arms, then there may be foraminal narrowing  compressing your nerves that can be addressed by ACDF or posterior foraminotomies. If it is both, ACDF is best. As for the shoulder/arm numbness, this is a common complaint after cervical laminectomies and can get better over long time. Make sure you go over everything

Ans: You are very tough. Need a good history. This is your left arm. Are you left or right handed?  Any trauma? Positional issues? Have you been lifting or doing anything unusual?  You need a good history and the a thorough exam of the arm. Need much more information

my 9 yr old daughter was bitten by a wasp on her hand yesterday. today around noon she started feeling numb in her arm up to neck. is this serious?

See doctor: The wasp bite caused edema or swelling due to the inflammation caused by the chemicals released into the tissue. This swelling is causing compression on the nerves leading from her hand up to her arm and neck. This will go down and resolve with time. If the swelling and symptoms continue to worsen, see a doctor right away for treatments to bring down the swelling and inflammation.

See a doctor: It is not likely that there is a serious complication with lo dose oral contraceptive pills.  Usually symptoms of blood clots present with pain, swelling, difficulty breathing.  See your doctor nonetheless.

With high cholesterol a plaque can temporarily obstruct a coronary vessel, and give rise to the symptoms you stated, and an EKG and ECHO would be negative after the plaque passed. It is important for you with a family hx to see a cardiologist for follow-up.

Chiropractor: I had a lot of shoulder and neck and back pain after having a baby.  I found chiropractor and massage therapist were super helpful, in addition they give you exercises to help stretch out those muscles that are impinging on your nerves.  Worked wonders for me.  In meantime, warm heat, like an electric heat pad, can help, as well as warm bath and ibuprofen.

Causes: There are 3 possible causes of numbness in both hands:
1. Pathology at the neck such as a disc herniation, shifted vertebrae (listhesis), or arthritis.
2. Vascular pathology such as thoracic outlet syndrome.
3. Muscle nodules called trigger points. 

Any of these could be possible in your situation.

i have a bulging disc in neck. for a week had bad pain behind shoulder blade now i'm numb there and in arm pit & top of shoulder. can disc cause this?

Yes: Bulging disc in the neck may cause spinal nerve pain, which is transmitted to the area of the shoulder blade, arm pit, and to the shoulder.  Often there is no neck pain  and this can cause confusion in diagnosis of the source of the pain generator. Is the pain from the neck or from the shoulder itself?  Numbness of the  shoulder and surrounding area; arm pit  (axilla) may be due to a spinal nerve.
