Coronary pain?: The symptoms of coronary pain in women is almost exactly what you describe. With high cholesterol a plaque can temporarily obstruct a coronary vessel, and give rise to the symptoms you stated, and an EKG and ECHO would be negative after the plaque passed. It is important for you with a family hx to see a cardiologist for follow-up.

Pain in heart arm chest shoulder and jaw. Doc said ECG was fine and oxegen was fine. Its a sharp pain and really hurts. What else could it be.
