Yes, but not good...: Yes, one can eat soya nuggets (soy protein stuff) every day, because it is protein and there are no rules against eating it every day. However, "everything in moderation" is a good idea to live by. That means there may be some bad things about eating the same item every day, that we don't know about now but may discover in the future. Keep some variety in the diet, and in life in general.

Limit these: Almost anything can be adjusted to fit within a balanced diet.  The items you mention except the noodles are probably fatty and full of chemicals.  In limited amounts they can be not exactly healthy but not dangerous either.  Noodles can be a source of complex carbohydrates and they can be mixed in with many healthy menu choices.

for dinner i have: chick-fil-a grilled nuggets, small fry, & yogurt. for lunch i have an ensure. & breakfast i usually have nuggets. is this healthy?

Accepted Answer

No...: You need a more balanced diet in which you introduce a variety of fruits and vegetables along with white meat and fish if you like it. Nuts are good source of protein and also recommended as part of a balanced diet. Remember your breakfast is the most important meal so should be your richest meal of the day. If you have any further doubts a visit to a Nutritionist is advisable.

Accepted Answer

Eating after ext.: I's sure your dentist gave you guidance of what you can eat and when you can eat it.    Obviously if you are still numb, dont.  Eat on the other side if possible,  softer diet better than harder as it may disturb the healing.

Not likely: As a physician who removes all kinds of foreign bodies ingested by children, I can tell you that a small piece of foil is likely to pass through your bowels and come out the other side without incident.

i got a peace of a chicken nugget suck in my thought but i felt it go down but i'm still coughing like what if it went in my lungs and won't get out?

Irritation: If it was in your lungs you would know about it. You would have been choking for it to get there, and likely would have lost consciousness. You probably irritated the throat area and this is what is causing the coughing. If it persists, go to the ER. Good luck.

would a single chicken nugget affect a cholesterol test?was fasting for 16 hours and i caved.my levels weren't very high just a bit.would it raise it?

Not much: If you normally have normal triglycerides and they were a bout the same as usual then the one nugget probably did not have much effect in your LDL those two readings are the ones affected by eating. You more than likely got a good idea of your readings from that test!

Rearrange diet: You created this monster and now you have problems. First, you will find that your child's appetite is not as good as it used to be, because she is outgrowing as much as she was.Next limit milk to 16-20ounces.Third absolutely no popcorn, she an chock..Change nuggets to regular chicken, turkey, beef and liver.Introduce adult foods such as pasta, fish and eggs. Fruits and veggie if possible.No fries.

Low risk but: If your son feels well, does not have fever, chills, vomiting, diarrhea or cramping abdominal pain you are ok. The infections that can be transmitted through undercooked poultry include campylobacter, salmonella, enteropathogenic e-coli, and norovirus, 
Commercially sold poultry is closely managed by the USDA but there have been occasional reported outbreaks of salmonella from chicken that was frozen, suggesting the freezing process does not render salmonella non infectious.  Should there be a risk, there will surely be enough affected members of the community to trigger an investigation.

i airfry nuggets and forget to wash its basket after five days my baby don't know how manage to open air fryer and eat all crumbs of nuggets and feed them also to my 6 month old when i saw them they all most finish now i m freaking out food poisoning?

: The usual recommendation would be, to watch  them for signs of food 
 which would be fever chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea within 24 hours. If they have these  seek immediate medical attention. Most likely they will be fine.
