Limit these: Almost anything can be adjusted to fit within a balanced diet. The items you mention except the noodles are probably fatty and full of chemicals. In limited amounts they can be not exactly healthy but not dangerous either. Noodles can be a source of complex carbohydrates and they can be mixed in with many healthy menu choices.
