Obstructed lungs: By definition is air trapping from a possible obstructive condition as asthma, copd, else. Get check by a lung specilaist.

Asthma: It sounds like you have an obstruction in the bronchial tubes which is impeding air form leaving your lungs.  This can be part of an asthma problem.  I would also be worried that you may have a foreign body depending on lthe history.  If it continues you need to be examined by a doctor.

Yes: The air in the smallest parts of our lungs (air sacs or alveoli) are in equilibrium with blood in tiny blood vessels called capillaries.  A breathalyzer requires a deep exhalation to get the air in those small airways, and measuring the alcohol content of that air is strongly coordinated with the level of alcohol in the blood.  It can be altered by temperature and by poor efforts at exhalation.

Air? reflux? C MD: May be air/gas, fluid. Stomach, hiatal hernia. Try eating less, don't lie down for 2 hours after eating, avoid carbonated beverages.

? Hyperventilating : Meaning washing out your CO2 from your system so breathing doesn't happen on its own, you have to wait for few minutes till it builds up again an then breathing gets stimulated. That's my theory, so try to relax and exercise in moderation , good luck

Return inhaler: Pro air hfa should deliver the same quality and quantity of albuterol with each actuaction until the counter reads zero. If you believe the inhaler is defective, return it to the pharmacy for a replacement.  If you find that you are having symptoms that are not controlled, check with your doctor.

Asthma control: Unlike people with COPD asthmatics when not having an attack their lungs are fully or almost fully functiinal. Are you taking controller medicatiosn (inhaled steiods). What was your last spirometry reading?Get checkedto make sure your lung function is where it should be.

Yes: Inhaling respiratory droplets from an infected person is one of the most common ways to catch a cold.  Touching the face after touching a contaminated surface is another common mode of transmission (one of many reasons for hand washing).
