You might have: Asthma or temporary allergic obstruction to something in air, need pulmonary function tests to diagnose, possibly albuterol inhaler will help, but see doctor

Lung issues: Without an exam, it is tough to say what you have. Painful deep breaths, and an expiratory wheeze could be a bronchitis, walking pneumonia, reactive airway disease, etc. Best for you to see the Dr. and get and exam and properly diagnosed as you may need meds to start treatment and assure your symptoms do not worsen etc. Best wishes.
