It can be a trigger: Stres is a the most common trigger for headache, in particular migraine. Migraine is a primary headache disorder, where the headache is the problem. As opposed to a secondary headache which is caused by another medical problem (say meningitis for example). Any new headache should be evaluated by a physician preferably a headache specialist. Facial twitching/TMJ: TMJ can cause ocular pressure/ discomfort. Twitching is less described  Would check for Lyme , herpes   especially if you have cold sores, rarely vascular of CNS in a young person and discuss MS. F/u w/ doctor.

can a twitching eye cause a tingling feeling on the skin around the eye like corner of your outer & inner eye, eyebrow, bridge of nose and temple? i had a doctor examine me & was not at all concerned but i suffer from high anxiety and panic disorder?

: Most commonly, a "twitching eye" is due to a benign condition, orbital myokymia.  This can be prompted by fatigue, eye strain, stress, lack of sleep, and other conditions.  See an ophthalmologist if this proves disabling.  Your "high anxiety and panic" would benefit from counseling using cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Who nose: Pardon the pun, but who nose?  I've known several people with this symptom, as well as eye, chin, & finger twitching.  Obviously it's a neurological event but w/out serious undercurrents or consequences.  Some report that taking potassium helps, but the best thing is to relax & drop the concerns.  Focusing on it can aggrivate it. In time  it will pass.

Same muscles: The muscles of the face that control blinking and winking are very close to those that elevate your nose.  Many people can't wink without moving their nose.  I can wink with my right eye without moving many other facial muscles but i can't wink my left without moving half my face.  Have you ever had a facial weakness like a bell's palsy?  This would be very common after that.

Motor tic: This could be a motor tic. These are usually benign.  The tics can come and go and could be caused by stress/anxiety.  If your symptoms worsen or spread, consider seeing your pcp or a neurologist.

A neurologist: may give you the answer.  There is an eye condition that can cause twitches and another condition called Tourette's Syndrome that can cause muscular movements and in some folks sounds.  If doctors still don't have a clear diagnosis biofeedback from a licensed psychologist can help relax those tense muscles.  Peace and good  health.
