Numbness: The nose is fairly distant from the surgical site, and should not share the same innervation as the upper wisdom teeth.  So, it may very well be unrelated to your procedure.  I would ask your surgeon during your next postop visit.

i had a full upper extraction under anesthesia and immediate dentures put in. its been five days and my nose still feels numb when i blow or wiggle it?

Immediate Dentures: Good evening;
   Seems like nerve to Anterior Nasal Area has been injured. Be gentle with your nose and refrain from blowing it. Most likely the nerve fibers will reconnect (anastomosis) over a period of weeks to months. Keep in contact with your dentist. You should be seen regularly for the next few months. Most often the numbness returns gradually over time.

: Sometimes one, sometimes more. Every extraction is a bit different. As long as you are anesthetized you won't feel a thing.

Depends: It depends on several factors. Often times the swelling causes pressure on the nerves . Once the swelling is down, things should improve. It some instances, such as lower impacted wisdom teeth., there may be numbness or tingling for several months. In rare instances, if the jaw nerve is damaged, the numbness could be permanent. Your surgeon can best tell you bases on their knowledge of your proced.

i got a extraction today and it hurts i had to have surgery cause the medicine to numb it wouldn't work cause nerve was inflamed.wat else can i do for?

Ice.: One should use an ice pack immediately following oral surgery.  In addition, antiinflammatory medication (eg, Ibuprofen or naproxen) can provide relief.  After the 1st 24 hours, the safest medication would be acetaminophen.  If inadequate pain relief, one can add hydrocodone.  As with any pain, if it is not improving, return to your treating doctor.

Immediate ~ 20min: Upper teeth tend to be easier and faster to get numb. Lower teeth, depending on where your nerves are running--high, or low, or average middle--it may take a while to get numb. If a dentist can give you a very slow, painless injection (will take 2 minutes or so per cartridge) you may notice you are already numb---it all depends on many things. I hope i answered your question, if not, try again plz.

Yes. No.: Will be gone when infection resolved. Not permanent.

Cover up: use makeup for time being and sun protection. there are some over the counter skin lighteners which may decrease the tone.  Time will lighten these.

what will happen next if my tooth won't numb again for extraction? we tried nitrous with lidocaine and another anesthetic and my tooth wouldn't numb!

Different technique: The anesthetic solution is not getting to the where it is needed to numb your tooth. A different delivery technique is needed. 
Intraligamentary anesthesia should be tried next and if that is not completely successful, intraosseous anesthesia will work.
However, your dentist may not use these techniques.
