my nose keeps bleeding. everyday it will just start to randomly bleed. why could this be? can it be due to a dry climate?

Could be: It could be from that or various other things.  Do you use any products like Afrin (oxymetazoline) in your nose?  Do you sleep under a fan or with air blowing on you?  Are you running the A/C or heater in your home?  All of these things can make nosebleeds more likely.  Good luck!

Ointment: Use plain vaseline, carefully apply with cotton swab (q-tip) to hold moisture. If getting inflammed can use antibiotic (like neosporin) ointment, see your doctor if getting worse.

Not necessarily: Long periods of hot dry weather lead to high ambient ozone levels.  Ozone is a respiratory irritant and can precipitate asthma symptoms in susceptible individuals.  Urban areas with hot dry weather also have higher levels of respiratory irritants like sulfur dioxide and diesel exhaust particles.

Chroinc sinusitis: See an allergist to test for allergy and optimize treatment. Patient with severe allergic rhinitis gets chronic sinusitis due to obstruction of the outflow tracts of paranasal sinuses.

Emollients and humid: Using topical moisturizers are very useful as well as humidifiers.  Also, shorten shower or bath time, as well as use tepid temps only for bath water.  Normally creams are better emollients than lotions.  Cereve cream with an ingredient known as ceramides is wonderful.  Restaderm by cetaphil is also fantastic.

i've got a tight feeling in my nose since september when the change if climate started, i have a bloody nose every now and then.  what can i use to relieve this problem?

Depends: If the air is dry where you live, it may be due to excessive drying of nasal mucosa. That can also explain nose bleeds. Try using a humidifier. If that is not relevant, it would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.

Manage your acne: There is no explaining the change in your &quot;skin type&quot;, a subscientific idea, but as an adult you have a duty to yourself to manage your acne. If it is painful, you will need both benzoyl peroxide and something else from your physician

Allergic rhinitis: Avoidance if possible, or start taking some nose spray like inhaled steroids and drug like Claritin (loratadine) etc.
