am currently having sleepless nights because of a nasal issue. it feels like there is something on the right side of the nose.

for the past few days i have a sore throat but thats better now.

i have also been taking alcophelleyx?

Nasal blockage:  Alcophelleyx is a cough syrup. At this point, have you considered a decongestant instead?

hi just had csf leak repair and it feels like there is something stuck up my nose and i have gooey blood going down my throat.this normal?

NO: I am not sure about the CSF leak repair and what that means. None the less blood down your throat is not normal. Notify your provider.

my nose feels like there's something blocking it, it hurts and feels like a scab. when i blow it nothing comes out but i know something's in there! ?

Would refering from: Picking on it . There is most likely dried mucus . I advise you to put saline solution( over the counter ) every 3-4 hours for  two to three days . It most likely will break the mucus plug and will come out by itself . The dryness of your mucus membrane will be also gets some soothing effect . You might also put some vaseline . If these attempts did not bear fruit , see your pcp.

Tonsil?: You could have inflammation, infection or stone in the right tonsil.  Or you could have a blockage in the right eustachian tube (drains ear to throat) which causes the discomfort.  Also a swollen lymph node in the right neck could cause these symptoms.  See your doctor or urgent care to figure it out!

i was looking at the reconstructed radiograph from my brain ct angio scan (scout film) and it looks like there is something stuck in my nose middle to upper nose that is not on the right side, only left. worried, can this be a tumor cancer?

Final scan: Be calm and wait for final results. What you see on the scout film could be motion artifact, could be septal deviation, could be multiple things other than tumor. Need to see final result that will give much better idea if there is anything real found in that area. Even angulation of scan can cause artifact. Get the whole story from radiologist.

Air in sinus: May have pushed air into ethmoid sinus cells, need to see an otolaryngologist  if symptoms persist.

See: Your doctor for an eval.  They can examine your nose.  If it is a foreign body it could get infected.   Get it checked out

Underlying the nose issue can be many things.
cannot say in your particular case, but generally, they are really minor like a cold or allergy.

Nasal irritation : Hello,  the inside lining of the nose has a rich supply of nerves and a hair could be the cause of the irritation. If you feel t is deeper, consider NeilMed nasal wash. OTC saline can be irrigated into the nose for deep cleaning. Afrin nasal spray can be used as directed for 3-5 days then stop. If no better, see your ENT doctor for endoscopic examination.

if feel like something moving  in my nose  can it be allergies?

See below: Mucosal inflammation in your nose can feel like something moving i suppose, but other issues may be present, like a nasal polyp.  Get see by your doc to look for this.
