Nasal irritation : Hello, the inside lining of the nose has a rich supply of nerves and a hair could be the cause of the irritation. If you feel t is deeper, consider NeilMed nasal wash. OTC saline can be irrigated into the nose for deep cleaning. Afrin nasal spray can be used as directed for 3-5 days then stop. If no better, see your ENT doctor for endoscopic examination.
