: Well, the chance isn't quite zero, but it's close. You're at much higher risk of being struck by lightning. This assumes you have a normal immune system and no prior problems with aggressive or difficult to treat skin infections.

Anything?: I wouldn't put any substance into the nose unless it was designed for that purpose. There is no direct connection between your nose and your brain, but should you get a serious bacterial infection in your nose it can travel thru blood vessels to your brain.

possibly: Unless you have a brain tumor affecting the skull base and involving the blood vessels to your nose, nose bleeds are probably not related to a brain tumor.

: It would die quickly and the body would be trapped in the nasal mucus. From there it would dissolve over time or be sneezed out or swallowed. I doubt it would have any impact on you health.

No: In real life, a Naegleria fowleri infection does not happen just because one "may have picked at my nose." So, no worries. Enjoy the parks. Watch out for mosquitoes though; they bite.

These two allow systemic venous blood to bypass the lungs where bacteria-laden microparticles are often removed.

for the past week, i have occasional pressure in left side of head above temple. i also feel some in my left cheek and my ear feels clogged. no pain, just like a pressure. it goes away if i squeeze the bridge of my nose. help? sinuses? brain tumor?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, due to the risk of temporal arteritis. It is unlikely but can be serious and is treatable, so you should see a doctor to rule out this possibility.
