my eyes are swollen and irritated it wasn't swollen before i put an eye drops on it. my nose bleed also and i feel like i'm going to have a fever. why?

Eye swelling: If these are prescription eye drops call your ophthalmologist and report this problem. If they are nonprescription eye drops stop applying them. Perhaps you're experiencing a viral or allergic reaction with nasal congestion explaining the nose bleed. See your physician or an ophthalmologist if you have continuing eye inflammation or visual difficulties. You can take Tylenol as needed for fever.

Occasionally: Same sided migraine sometimes causes same side eye twitching and nose bleed.  Rarely this could be an alarm for a brain tumor.  I recommend you see a neurologist at your earliest convenience.

Yes : The tear ducts open up into the nose. If you are having bloody tears, it is possible they may drain into your nose. However, you should consult with your primary doctor if it persists to be sure. If your vision is affected, see an ophthalmologist.

Can be related: But not connected. Dryness can cause exactly what you describe.  Humidifier may help generally. Nasal spray to moisten the nose and lubricating eye drops for the eyes.

Blood in tear duct: Everyone has a nasolacrimal duct that drains the xs tears from the medial corner of the eye into the nose.  If you block the nostrils and blow hard or pressure builds up in the nasal cavity with fluid,  then it may reverse and come out the duct. Most commonly, this is seen with repetitive sneezing and watery nasal congestion.   In this situation, it was blood.

Conjunctivitis: What you described suggests a viral infection of the eye. If it has not subsided or spread to the other eye, it would be prudent to see you doctor.

Possibly a sty: A picture is worth a 1000 words, as the cliche goes. Pain in the eyelid often arises from an acute blockage of one of the oil glands (zeis or meibum) creating exquisite tenderness, redness &amp; swelling. Sometimes you can see a pustule on the eyelid margin. Moderately hot compresses for 10', 2-3 times/day followed by gentle massage may help to decompress the sty. I hope this helps. Pimple: Try to apply a warm compress to the area. Of course, if your vision is affected, please seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Possibly allergies.: I would recommend an exam by his physician to rule out anything else, but these symptoms are consistent with allergies.
