Possibly allergies.: I would recommend an exam by his physician to rule out anything else, but these symptoms are consistent with allergies.

See E.N.T.spcialist: Take your son to emergency room as he is having bleeding from nose .,at the earliest possibleYour son should be seen by E.N.T. specialist to stop nose bleeding and to investigation to find out the cause
