6/6  va: Most of what you wrote indicates normal eye exam.  6/6  means you can see at 6 = Normal person sees at 6 m   Macula foveal reflex normal. Disc Color  pink and normal  and vessels normal.  So there ! Mystery explained.

Yes: Everyone's sclera has blood vessels in it. When the eye is inflamed these vessels dilate and become more noticeable.

Many things: Red eyes can be from inflammation from chronic allergies, dry eye syndrome, blepharitis (minor infection of the eyelid margin), meibomianitis (blocked ducts on eyelid margin. In addition,  you may have inflammation on the top of the eye, episcleritis or scleritis or in the front to the eye, irtis. You need the right diagnosis to get the treatment to get rid of red eyes. You need eye exam.

In or on the eye?: If you mean those that are on the white of the eye, they can certainly be prominent. If they have become this way recently, you should have your eyes examined.  If you can see a branching pattern when your eye is rubbed (don't try this if you don't see it), you are experiencing the vessels of the retina in a negative fashion.  This is normal.

No treatment: There is no treatment for a subconjunctival hemorrhage. These tiny capillary leaks do not cause visual symptoms and take a week or so to clear. If they occur repeatedly or if you have frequent unexplained skin bruising, you should consult a physician for blood testing. Taking aspirin or medications like ibuprofen,naproxen or corticosteroids can lead to easy bruisability as can vitamin C deficiency

Eye traums: If the trauma  was severe enough to cause a conjunctival hemorrhage it could also cause internal eye problems.  It would be best to see an ophthalmologist who can evaluate for any internal eye problems.

: A subconjunctival hemorrhage as you describe is nothing to worry about and it will behave as a bruise will and get larger before it gets smaller.  I will disappear.  If you experience pain or change in vision see a health care professional.

Possible vasovagal…: event where there  is a sudden drop in your blood pressure and you can feel faint, lightheaded, and sweaty. This is a common phenomenon that can occur when the eyes are touched or manipulated. I think that the broken blood vessel is unrelated and will likely resolve just as a bruise in the skin will resolve. All the best!
