Probably not: You may have serious liver disease. You should be seen by someone pronto and get a thorough work-up.  You say you have had significant unintended weight loss. That is never a good sign. See a gastroenterologist and good luck.

Diagnosing cancer: No one test is 100% perfect but a normal looking CT scan of the pancreas can be reassuring . Very very early stages of any cancer sometimes can be not visible  under a CT scan.

Not likely: Small amount of bilirubin in urine could be a normal benign finding, especially if this was a finding in you at age 18. Could be mild dehydration. In an older person the urine test needs to be combined with having blood test results for comparison and physical examination to evaluate for liver or biliary conditions.

Hypercoagulability: Your fasting glucose level is OK. F/U with your HEM/ONC to prevent further clots and to check your labs. You may need to have your medication adjusted if you are having hematuria.  Have you had an abdominal u/s or CT scan to check your pancreas? This would be a more accurate test for pancreatic lesions.  Good Luck and feel better

Don't give up: If it's a small tumor in the head of the pancreas, then you may still have a chance at a cure. There are high-risk super-aggressive surgeries that are producing a higher cure rate than in the past.

Arava (leflunomide): Could cause diarrhea and weight loss, Prednisone should not be taking chronically unless indicated. Avoid anti-inflammatories, you may have pre-ulcer, and that has to be checked. Also, you may be ready for changes in your treatment.

: Go for an exam and testing to your PCP. Other diseases can cause similar symptoms. Stop worrying and seek professional help.

Kidney problem: The top 2 items would be a kidney stone or a mass in the kidney that could account for your pain and trace blood.
