Not likely: Small amount of bilirubin in urine could be a normal benign finding, especially if this was a finding in you at age 18. Could be mild dehydration. In an older person the urine test needs to be combined with having blood test results for comparison and physical examination to evaluate for liver or biliary conditions.

Not really: A little bilirubin in the urine is not typically a sign of cancer of any type. However it can be a sign that someone is having more bilirubin in the blood which can be a sign of many things like hemolysis or a liver ailment. Check with your doctor.
