: Get a second opinion regarding control of hypertension. There are many other drugs which can be used successfully, and frequentl a combination is necessary to control it in some indivduals.

: You should give us the Hb, MCV &amp; MCH if these tests are done for the etiology of anemia. By these numbers, you do not have anemia due to hemolysis, multiple myeloma, less likely iron deficiency but chronic kidney disease-related anemia could not be ruled out. In early stage of CKD, erythropoietin level is still normal and it should be high if you have anemia due to non CKD related diseases.

Probably not: Why was this done in the first place? I wouldn't raise an eyebrow with any urine protein below 8 mg/dL = 80 mg/L. If you have no other signs of ill-health, this is most often due to orthostatic proteinuria -- some folks get it just from standing up. Since you're within what I think is normal range, even checking for that is probably unnecessary.

: At your age, eGFR should be 90 or higher; however, a result of 88 should be fine as long as your BSA is 1.72 m2 or higher. For a thorough evaluation, a person with eGFR of 90 +/- 5 cc/min should have normal urinalysis and kidney imaging test in order to rule out chronic kidney disease stage 1 which is defined of GFR above 90 cc/min with abnormal urinalysis and/or kidney imaging test(s). Normal size: The renal length varies with height and weight and decreases slowly with age. Right kidney is usually slightly smaller than the Left. Normal size ranges from 9-12 cm (90-120 mm)  and the difference in size should not exceed 2 cm. **So the size of the kidneys is normal. Besides size the texture of the kidney(Its "Ecogenicity") is often increased in chronic renal disease.
