60, 120/80: In general, your pulse should be under 100.  Over 100 is considered to be a fast heart rate.  Ideal is about 60.  Blood pressure should be 120/80, but most ladies have lower blood pressure.  It could be 90/60 and its still normal.  140/90 should be checked by a doctor.  It always good to get readings out side   of the dr's office since some people at the doctors have white coat hypertension.

120/80, 50-90: A textbook normal BP is 120/80 in adults; children and young women are often lower than this. BP may be elevated with exertion or anxiety. There is no absolute cut-off for high, but most agree that 140/90 or higher is too high.  The resting pulse is usually 60-70 in adults, faster in children, and slower in very fit individuals. The "normal" range was formerly said to be 60-100 but now 50-90.

Yes: The condition you note is quite variable as to cause, concerning regional obstruction, cardiac output, temperature sensitivity, etc.  Blood pressure and heart rate are not necessarily directly tied to the condition.

Yes: While heart disease and arterial disease are strongly related, heart rate and blood pressure alone are not necessarily related.  A history of angina or heart attacks is related and if present should make one be more suspicious of arterial disease in the legs or carotid arteries.

YES: Sometimes we can sense our own heartbeats without it being dangerous. If you could explain what you mean by "pounding heart, very strong" that would help: I suggest a medical exam and EKG as well as an outpatient 24 hr. Holter Monitor with event diary.

Low heart rate?: Your question is not clear. You meant your heart rate had dropped 30 beats below your normal heart rate, is it correct?
If it is correct, you need to see a doctor although you are still young but we have to rule out symptomatic bradycardia.

Contact MD: But i would like to know what else is going on: do u have  a cold/flu, have u changed ur diet, ....? I generally advise my patientto reduce 9not stop) their meds when BP is less than 120 (but bottom # must be less than 85, also). Have some tea ; maybe go to local walk in center, er islast choice, not 1st for my patients.
