in a 3 yrs old strawberry tongue like signs only on the tongue. no redness and no other signs. can it just be normal and nothing to worry about?

Monitor: Strawberry tongue two things I'm thinking about Kawasaki or scarlet fever. So you need high fevers for a 4 to 5 days, peeling on the lips comma or desquamating rash  to be Kawasaki. 
 For scarlet fever you should be looking for  Sandy paper like rash. Go to your doctor for further evaluation because either disease have different course of management.

Depends: check w DMD: There are red bumps on the top rear of a normal tongue  called vallate papillae.  They look different from the rest of the anatomy of that part of the tongue. However, without seeing the patient we can't be sure that's what you are referring to. Have a dentist check it out to be sure!

Bump under tongue: Any lesion, sore or bump in the mouth that is sore, swollen and/or has lasted longer than 7-10 days should be examined clinically and visually, and possibly biopsied.
Make an appointment with your dentist or an oral surgeon.

hello, i noticed i have a tiny dark red dot on the side of my tongue, it does not hurt and the rest of my tongue is completely normal, i was wondering if it was due to my smoke use? i occasionally use tobacco wraps

Likely related: Best would be to have your physician or dentist to evaluate and stop using tobacco for a while. Time will offer the exact answer to your question. If the lesion stays or grows your physician will also get a sense of its dynamics.

Swollen uvula: Inflammation, infection, allergies and heat injury are some of the causes of temporary swelling of the uvula (edema). Since it is made of soft loose tissue, the change can be very pronounced and alarming to see. It will go down with time. Salt water gargles can help. If it persists or is accompanied by significant pain, high fever, or problems swallowing you should see your doctor.
