43 year old 5'7" 290 pound women not very active sit a lot throughout the day having low blood pressure lowest was 91/64 heart rate 77. what would cause this? i was having high/normal blood pressure before this. this started about a month ago?

: That blood pressure is not abnormal (MAP 73) especially if you are asymptomatic and inactive. If your are symptomatic and your blood pressure was much higher in the past, e.g. systolic pressure above 110 all the time, then you should confirm with a different manometer with an upper arm cuff. If it's confirmed you can see your doctor for tests to rule out thyroid +/- adrenal problems and anemia.

Normal: 90-130/60-90 with modifications for dm and renal diseases. Heart rate may change with physiologic activity 60- 90 may be lower in athletes.

when i lie down at night with my head on my pillow i can hear my heart beating loudly in my ears. it is often so loud that i cannot get to sleep. i have borderline normal blood pressure and heart rate ?

Heartbeat: In my experience this is usually associated with mild hypertension and increased cardiac stroke volume. Monitor your own BP at home and if it is even high normal. get a prescription for a beta blocker from your PCP. This type of drug will usually eliminate the beating sound at night.

Tachy : A bit high. Exercise may help but need a physical, ecg, labs, maybe holter, + / _ chest x-ray and echocardiogram.  Profile indicates cyclobenzaprine, a centrally acting antispasmodic muscle relaxant with anticholinergic activity.  This may explain tachycardia. Diazepam as listed on profile may be linked if withdrawal and or tolerance.

High heart rate: Need to know what is your heart rate? If it is more than normal range then need any ekg to see any arrhythmias. If it is sinus tachycardia, it could be from anxiety or pain or hyperthyroidism or hypovolemia or fever etc. Consult your physician.

Take your time: Start an aerobic exercise regimen. A 30 minute brisk walk is a great way to start. But build your way up to thirty minutes. Over a fee days if necessary. Your heart rate will respond.
